MEET DAVID
I left my job as an economist to become a personal trainer for the love of teaching and helping people. I started my career in the world’s biggest personal training company, Ultimate Performance (UP) in Mayfair where I had the foundations of getting world class body transformation results with clients laid down.
I perfected the craft at a small PT company where I quickly got promoted to be a mentor of their junior trainers based on my client results. Since the beginning of my career I have been mentored and coached by some of the most knowledgeable professionals in our industry.
I believe that a transformation is only successful if the client can maintain their result. Forcing someone to eat differently for a while is easy, but it’s not the right way to do it. The real solution is engineering their diet and training around the obstacles of their everyday lives, so instead of forcing a plan on them, this new way of thinking becomes part of their identity.
My goals changed when I started realising that my clients’ mindset shift always brings positive changes in some other areas of their lives too: mental health issues unexpectedly ease, certain clients’ relationships improve, some of them get to see work challenges differently than before. If you scroll up to my testimonials, you will see that the important part is never the amount of weight they lost, but everything else they talk about.
My goal is to help you towards such a total transformation that goes beyond your physique and to give you the tools and mindframe to enable you to maintain this transformation on your own.
